Diamond Trust Bank (DTB) has today opened three new branches located in Baba Dogo, Kijabe Street and Kiambu town, as it intensifies its expansion drive in a bid to bring products and services closer to customers.
The opening of the three branches pushes DTB group’s branch network to 70 branches in Kenya and 138 across East Africa. This comes in line with the bank’s strategic expansion roadmap which entails providing quality customer service and easy accessibility to its diverse product portfolio.
Speaking at the opening, DTB Group Chief Executive Officer Nasim Devji said:

DTB opens its 67th Branch at Sarit Centre as part of its expansion drive
The new locations will offer extensive products and services to customers including personal and business accounts, loans, supply chain financing, mortgages, cards and investment options. Customers will also be able to access their accounts and perform banking transactions through the Bank’s digital channels, while visiting the branch locations for personalized service.
Last year, DTB opened six branches across Nairobi, Mombasa and Kiambu counties in its commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction. DTB continues to provide innovative banking solutions across its growing branch network for individuals and businesses through a ‘customer-first’ approach.
