Nairobi set to host WordPress Biggest Event “WordCamp”

Nairobi is set to host WordPress most celebrated event, WordCamp. This year event dubbed WordCamp Nairobi 2016 will be the first ever WordCamp to be held in the Capital. Kenya had an opportunity to host this high-end tech event before and the Previous WordCamp in Kenya was held in Nanyuki in 2013 that saw more than 150 people attend.

WordCamp Nairobi 2016 will be a 2-day conference on everything related to WordPress, WordPress is web software you can use to create a beautiful website, blog, or Online Store. At WordPress, they like to say that WordPress is both free and priceless at the same time. WordCamps are informal community events, organized by local WordPress users. They are an excellent opportunity for all WordPress users to connect with like-minded members of their local WordPress community.

WordCamp Nairobi is scheduled to take place on 1st and 2nd December 2016 at PAWA 254, the two-day conference will bring together 200 attendees ranging from Bloggers, Web Designers, Developers, Social Media Managers, Internet Marketers, SEOs, Businesses Owners, Non-profits, Photographers, Students and the general public. Basically, the event will host anyone who works or uses the internet. WordPress Nairobi 2016 is a must for WordPress users who are interested in learning about WordPress security, blogging, coding, and branding.

Registration for WordCamp Nairobi is currently ongoing at the WordCamp Official Website and attendees are expected to have completed registration by 25th November.
