Pay Tv provider MultiChoice who own DStv have slashed the prices for their monthly subscriptions.
The monthly bouquet prices have fallen by between three and nine per cent in response to customer needs in an industry that has become highly competitive.
Subscribers on the Premium tariff will now pay Sh. 7,900, down from Sh. 8180, a 3.42 per cent drop, while Compact Plus users will pay Sh. 5,200 monthly from Sh. 5,425.
Compact users will part with Sh. 3,200 from Sh. 3,550, representing a 9.86 per cent, drop while Access subscribers, the cheapest package, will pay Sh. 950 down from Sh. 1,050, a 9.52 per cent drop.
