Bolt, the leading on-demand transport platform in Africa and Europe, has today announced the appointment of Linda Ndungu as the new Country Manager for Bolt Ride hailing in Kenya effective, 1st October 2022.
Linda is a passionate and experienced professional with an innovative and progressive approach to problem solving and fostering partnerships. She is enthusiastic about developing strategies, and business systems that facilitate long term, sustainable economic impact in developing and emerging economies. She maintains a laser focus on total quality management, and ensures that any investment has the greatest possible impact and best value for money for all stakeholders.

Prior to joining Bolt, Linda worked with Coca Cola, Instiglio, and Deloitte. She has led, and been part of teams that have designed, implemented, and evaluated strategic roadmaps and processes to enhance profitability and streamline operations of more than 50 organizations across East Africa.

Speaking on her appointment, Linda stated her plans to work closely with all internal and external stakeholders to grow a business focused on quality, convenience and affordable service delivery to customers.

Linda brings to Bolt a vast array of skills honed across multiple industries including banking and finance, technology, FMCG, telecommunications and the Public Sector. She thrives when providing technology-based solutions, particularly those that enable the economic empowerment of youth and women.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing from the University of Nairobi, and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
