InterContinental Nairobi Launches the Loyal Dine Club
InterContinental Nairobi has launched a value-based loyalty program that offers members an enjoyable and memorable experience and reaffirms her position as Nairobi’s luxury destination.
The Club offers members a bouquet of priviledges and discounts unlike any other; they range from a reduction in restaurant bills, accommodation, and yearly car park membership at a discounted rate.

According to Oliver Geyer, the Resident Manager at the InterContinental Nairobi the Loyal Dine Club is designed to give customers value for money when they access the restaurants and bars in the hotel. “Customers will enjoy the diversity of our provisions in the hotel and the great culinary experience,” said Franke.
The launch of the loyalty program comes when InterContinental Nairobi is celebrating her Golden Jubilee, having opened its doors in 1968. According to Ednah Mbingo, the Loyal Dine Club Manager, the Hotel staff have been well trained and skilled to handle the Club’s members. Prior to the launch of the program, Hotel staff were taken through a two-week training to ensure that they deliver the desired quality of service to members that is consistent with the Hotel’s heritage to offer Five Start VIP treatment to everyone who visits the hotel.
The loyalty program is designed to cater for guests who will visit the hotel for lunch, dinner or for a meeting as well as families who will enjoy the Sunday brunch that has a wide array of games and entertainment options for both children and adults.
