The Kenya Universities and Colleges Placement Service (KUCCPS) has announced open admission slots for certificates and diplomas at the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC).
The open slots for certicates and diplomas at KMTC are 29 in total and will be open for applicants to apply until November 10, 2024.
“Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) invites applications for placement in various programmes offered at Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) Interested and eligible persons should log into the KUCCPS students Portal (students.kuccps.net) and apply,” the statement said.

Out of the 29 open slots for the courses at KMTC, 9 are for certificate courses while 21 are for diploma courses.
The courses at KMTC have various qualifications criteria and grade requirements. The courses that require a mean grade of C- include certificates in Community Health Assistant, Health Records and Information Technology, Medical Emergency Technician, Medical Engineering, Orthopaedic Trauma Medicine, and Public Health.

Candidates who scored a mean grade of D+ are eligible to apply for a certificate in Nutrition and Dietetics. Those who wish to pursue a diploma in this course will require a mean grade of C-. There are also courses for students who scored a mean grade of C Plain.
