Most major malls in Kenya are either located in town centers or close to posh estates where the number of buyers is higher than that of window shoppers. Garden City, for example, is close to Muthaiga which is a nest for the super-rich.

Again, this is just my assessment. I might be wrong but I still feel that for a mall like TRM to ensure maximum profitability, only products, and services that are popular with the middle-class community should be placed there.
