Safaricom has today held local auditions at Boma Inn in search for a Deejay, hype master and musician. The selected winners will perform at Safaricom Twaweza Live concert in Eldoret on Saturday, 26th May 2018 at Eldoret Sports Club.
Safaricom Twaweza Live aims to solidify its connection with customers and transform lives in communities across the country.
“We are bringing change to the people of Rift Valley through the Twaweza spirit of connecting people-to-people, people to knowledge and people to opportunity,” said Victor Ngumo- Head of Rift Region, Safaricom.
In addition to transforming the community, Safaricom is coming to build the local entertainment industry in the rift region.
Over 300 people showed up for the auditions, which took place from 9am to 6pm.
