The tiff between former model Emma Too and Citizen Tv journalist Trevor Ombija is not about to end. Now, the former model has said that she will sue the hotel near her home that is associated with Ombija.
Ms. Too claims that the hotel has become a noise polluter and a danger to the safety of her home.
Ms. Too says that her complains over Ombija’s club Samaki Samaki Food and Jazz went unanswered until recently when she raised them on social media.
Too further says that patrons going to the hotel park dangerously outside her home. She adds that taxis bringing patrons to the establishment owned by Ombija use her front yard as the pick up and drop off point.

“The establishment across my place started off by saying it was a jazz bar. Okay, they played jazz, and if you played jazz at a low volume, it’s palatable. It’s not going to vibrate my house. But there are certain beats that you’ll play – and I live in an old house – it literally vibrates my house,” she said.
Ms. Too further said that even after the music has been switched off, she is unable to sleep due to the noise made by patrons as they shout at each other.
“Even after the music is switched off at 3 or 4am, the patrons are still talking loudly to each other because they’ve been listening to loud music and shouting at each other. We’re still not able to sleep,” she said.
However, Ombijas has been refuting Too’s complaints and alleged that she is bitter at him for refusing to give her a landscaping job at the club when he was developing it.
“I have a neighbour who wanted us to shutdown because I did not give her a landscaping job. We reduced our volume completely all other neighbours were ok with our attempts, except her so I offered to go the extra mile of soundproofing as a last resort she still refused,” said Ombija.
