List of celebrities who are celebrating their children's success in 2022 KCPE

With the advent of a new year on the horizon, the year 2022 is coming to an end. For some, it has been a year full of wins while for others, the year has been a bumpy ride.

A week ago, Education CS Ezekiel Machogu announced the KCPE results for the 2022 candidates. He announced that the top candidates scored 431 marks. A pupil’s performance in the KCPE is cause for celebration, regardless of the marks they scored.

Here is a list of celebrities that were celebrating their children’s successes in KCPE 2022 and the completion of primary school education.

1. Citizen TVs Francis Gachuri

Francis Gachuri is a proud dad after his daughter scored 411 marks in KCPE 2022, becoming one of the top performers in the country.

Sandra, Gachuri’s daughter made her father and family proud.

Francis Gachuri’s Citizen TV colleague Mwanahamisi Hamadi made the announcement and congratulated his daughter on her performance.

Taking it to his social media, Gachuri wrote, “Yeeeees! because God! Asante Yesu.”

2. MP Kanini Kega

EALA MP Kanini Kega is also a proud father after his daughter scored 412 marks in KCPE 2022, released a week ago.

While posting the results of his daughter, Kega said she had made him and the entire family extremely proud.

“Proud moments of a Dad. My daughter scored 412 marks in KCPE. I am over the moon!” he wrote on Twitter.

In the 2021 KCPE results released in April, Kanini Kega also celebrated his son for making him a proud dad after completing his KCPE examination and passing well.

Imani Mathenge, his son scored 408 marks out of 500. He also took to Facebook and wrote a congratulatory message.

“Congratulations my son you have made us extremely proud. 408 marks, ‘Ngima yumaga mùtuini!’ (A Kikuyu proverb that loosely translates to The ugali comes from the flour),” he said.
