The transport industry in Nairobi is undoubtedly one of the lucrative ventures that investors have heavily invested in to collect the extra cash.
While some Saccos have been hailed for good services, others have a bad reputation that has seen customers shun them. From noise pollution and customer harassment to careless driving, many commuters have narrated several bad experiences in some matatus.
In a bid to bring sanity to the industry, various Saccos have risen to establish excellence and superiority within the market.
While some of them charge higher commuting prices than others, many commuters prefer paying the extra coins for good and comfortable travel.
