The Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) has advertised several job opportunities for Kenyan professionals.
In a notice, KCB invited qualified candidates to submit their applications through its recruitment portal https://ke.kcbgroup.com/about-us/careers by Friday, October 3, 2025.
The advertised positions include Senior Manager, Public Relations and Corporate Communication, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, a Branch Manager for its Nanyuki branch, and a Senior Manager, learning and Development.
Below are the advertised positions and their requirements:
- Senior manager, public relations and corporate communications
Successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact public relations and corporate communication strategies to build a sustainable corporate image and reputation for the KCB Group brand.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, public Relations, or a related field from a recognised university.
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience, with expertise demonstrated in corporate communications, public and media relations.
- Have a professional certification in marketing or public relations.
- Monitoring and evaluation manager
The job holder will coordinate and plan all field data collection and reporting in accordance with established guidelines, and analyse data collected for assessment of progress and areas of improvement.

Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in community development, public health, education, economics, development studies, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- Branch manager, Nanyuki branch
The branch manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, growth and profitability of the branch, and implementation of an efficient and effective operational, risk management, customer service, and sales culture.
Requirements:
- At least eight years of experience in general banking
- At least four years of experience as a branch manager in a middle-level branch
- A degree from an accredited university
- Senior manager, learning and development
The job holder will develop learning, development plans and budgets relating to the assigned business portfolio within the overall department’s plans and budgets.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
- At least five years of experience in human resources
- A certificate, diploma, higher diploma in HR general or certification in instructional design or master trainer
