JSC advertises 33 job vacancies; how to apply

The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has announced job vacancies for professionals across various fields.

The latest recruitment targets both advocates and non-advocates and aims to fill 33 vacancies within tribunals, corporate communication, strategy, research, internal audit, risk management, and information systems audit.

The advertised positions are:

  1. Chairperson, Land Acquisition Tribunal-1
  2. Chairperson, National Civil Aviation Administrative Review Tribunal -1
  3. Chairperson, Business Premises Rent Tribunal (BPRT) -1
  4. Member, Business Premises Rent Tribunal (BPRT) -3
  5. Ad hoc member, Political Parties Disputes Tribunal (Advocate) -9
  6. Ad hoc member, Political Parties Disputes Tribunal (non-advocate) -9
  7. Director, Public Affairs and Corporate Communication -1
  8. Deputy director, strategy, planning, monitoring and evaluation -1
  9. Deputy director, research and data analytics -1
  10. Deputy director, organisational productivity and quality assurance-1
  11. Deputy director, internal audit-1
  12. Deputy director, risk management -1
  13. Assistant director, information systems audit-1
  14. Member Industrial Property Tribunal (non-advocate) – 2

How to apply

Interested and qualified candidates are directed to submit applications online via the JSC official recruitment portal by June 12, 2026.

“Interested and qualified persons are asked to visit our jobs portal for detailed job descriptions, requirements for appointment, and instructions on how to apply. All applications should reach the commission not later than Friday, June 12, 2026, at 5.00 pm,” JSC stated.

As an equal opportunity employer, the Judicial Service Commission noted that it selects candidates based on merit from a broad pool of qualified applicants through a fair and transparent competitive process.

The commission warned that any form of canvassing would lead to automatic disqualification. Additionally, only  shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
