Local real estate company Amcco Properties Limited has announced that it will be sponsoring local football club, Panthers Football Club.
The company, whose headquarters are based in Gikambura along Dagoretti Road, near Oakwood Hospital, added that it will also be the official jersey sponsors for the Panthers Football Club.
The company becomes the first real estate business in the country to provide sponsorship to a football club. Speaking when the company made the announcement, AMCCO’s chief executive officer Kimani Muturi said that the sponsorship was an extension of the company’s belief in talent and the potential of Kenya’s youth to succeed.
“We are very proud to be associated with this successful team. We believe that by sponsoring this team, we are nurturing our ambassadors and future home-owners around this area,” said Kimani.
During the sponsorship announcement, Kimani unveiled a new set of branded jerseys for the team.
