Chaos have rocked the venue where presidential results were set to be released.
At the same time, four IEBC Commissioners left Bomas and held a different press conference at the Serena Hotel.
The four, led by IEBC Vice Chairperson Juliana Cherera said that they could not sign the presidential results because of the opaque nature in which the last keg of the results was handled.
The commissioners, including vice chair Juliana Cherera, commissioners Francis Wanderi, Irene Masit and Justus Nyang’aya, have alleged that the results were arrived at in an opaque manner, without giving further details.
“We are not at Bomas because we cannot take ownership of the results that are going to be announced,” Cherera said.
