Co-operative Bank currently has over 8,500 agents across the country serving in its Co-op Kwa Jirani agency banking system.

These agents have made it easier for customers to transact without undergoing the trouble of traveling for long to queue in the traditional teller banking system by migrating banking service outside the bank.
