Co-operative Bank has developed two customized banking services that are offering exclusive financial solutions to customers who want freedom, flexibility, and executive banking packages.
These include the Executive Membership and Executive Plus Membership products. To start enjoying these services, customers are required to pay Sh. 1,000 for the Executive Membership and Sh. 2,000 for the Executive Plus Membership.
“Those who subscribe to the Executive Plus membership will automatically become members of the Co-op Bank Captains Club, which is a club of individuals looking to network and grow through investments and business opportunities,” says Co-op Bank.
Interestingly, customers who take up the Executive product from Co-op Bank will be able to enjoy preferential lending and deposit terms, preferential foreign currency rates, customized insurance premium packages, and discounted brokerage rates and access to investment research materials from the bank’s securities investment arm.
For instance, those who subscribe to the executive plus package will get 25 per cent to 30 per cent in brokerage discounts.
In the same vein, the bank will reduce the period it takes to settle their securities transactions from T+3 to T+1 at no extra charges. This means that these customers will be able settle transactions at the Nairobi Securities exchange within a day.
Should you encounter a problem and want to make a call to the bank’s Call Centre, you will not be held up in queues. According to the bank, your calls to the Co-op Bank Call Centre will be granted high priority.
Additionally, if you are married, the same services that you enjoy will be extended to your spouse for free.
Some of the additional benefits you will reap from subscribing to the executive banking include the unlimited access to Co-op bank’s Executive Banking centres, and, access to Co-op bank’s state of the art executive plus centres and meeting rooms which are located at Mombasa Road, Ngong’ Road, and Two Rivers Mall.
