Fusion Capital has extended its deadline for the D-Reit share sale yet again. This was the second time that the real estate firm was extending the deadline.
The new deadline, which has been set for August 4 points to difficulties the firm is facing in raising the cash at the market. Fusion is looking to raise Sh2.3 billion.
The Reit is expected to be listed on the NSE on August 10. However, Fusion did not indicate any change in the listing date in the filing with the NSE.
“The Fusion Capital Real Estate Development Trust offer has been extended to Thursday, August 4. 2016,” says the company in a statement filed with the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE).
