Frugal. Joseph notes to become rich, one needs to live below their means and avoid unnecessary lifestyles even if they can afford it.

”Scrutinize what you are buying and why you are buying. If you cannot be able to sustain it, then put it aside and you can purchase it next time,’’ he said.

He warned against comparison especially from social media, noting that some lifestyles portrayed on social media are fake, and trying to adopt them can be a financial death trap.

Joseph advises that one should use those excess funds to create another source of income for sustainability in case of an emergency.

Strict. He notes that being strict means having the discipline to execute productive duties with zero tolerance for interruptions.

”The moment you become strict, operate under rules and regulations, and set boundaries, you gonna repel a lot of unproductive people,’’ he said.
