Mystery surrounds the death of a University of Nairobi (UoN) Kabete campus student whose body was found lying lifeless outside his hostel on Wednesday evening.

The first-year student is believed to have died by suicide as he had demonstrated unusual behaviors prior to his death.

A source who spoke to a local daily revealed that the unidentified student, described as an introvert, had developed some signs of unrest, including leaving the hostel very early in the morning and returning late.
