How educated is Fred Matiang’i? Dr. Matiang’i was born in Borabu in Nyamira district. In his early years, Matiang’i worked as a Primary School Teacher in Kisii. Today, he serves as the as the Cabinet Secretary for Internal Security and Coordination of National Government in the Office of the President. He assumed this position in January 2018.
