Caroline Kangogo Latest News: Fugitive police officer Caroline Kangogo has spoken from her hideout and listed conditions for what appears to be her willingness to turn herself in.
According to reports, Corporal Kangogo has said that upon her turning herself in, she does not want to be detained at any police station. She said that she is afraid that her fellow police office officers might end up killing her to conceal evidence on what happened prior to the two murders for which she is accused of committing.
However, Senior Counsel John Khaminwa who is representing Kangogo has said that the corporal who is on the run has not communicated with his law firm yet.
“I don’t know her personally. I have never met her. Maybe she is familiar with me and we may have interacted in the court’s precinct as I represented my clients. We (his law firm) offered to represent her in court and all she has to do is reach out to us,” Khaminwa said.

Khaminwa added that Ms. Kangogo can also reach out to him, and share her location. He will then pick her up and escort her to the police after she surrenders her weapons to him. Khaminwa said that the weapons will then be delivered to the investigators for ballistics and forensics analysis.
Investigations into the two murders reportedly committed by Kangogo have so far revealed that three other men might have been present during the first murder. Investigators have also said that Kangogo had met these three men together with the two victims hours before the first murder was committed. It is however not yet clear on what they discussed.
Investigators have also said that they are afraid some rogue police officers could be leaking information to her to aid her from police traps.
