Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) has announced exciting job opportunities for individuals seeking managerial roles.

In an advertisement posted on its Facebook page on Monday, May 6, the largest lender in Kenya by asset base urged interested candidates to submit their applications by the dates listed for each position.

”To be considered, your application must be received by the dates defined under very job. Qualified candidates with a disability are encouraged to apply,’’ the advert reads in part.

Among the advertised positions are Manager Money Markets &Securities Operations, Senior Finance Manager Tax, Finance analyst Tax, Senior Finance Manager Funding & Integration Management, and Head Group Financial Controls &Reporting.

Manager, Money Markets & Securities Operations

Successful candidates will provide managerial oversight over effective Settlement of all Money Market Deals, Fixed Income (Securities) Deals and Treasury Fixed Deposits.

They will also be responsible for maintaining oversight over CBK account, the Reserves account, and the bank CDS accounts held at CBK.

Senior Finance Manager, Tax

The job holder will be responsible in:

• Reporting to Director, Finance
• Ensuring that KCB Bank Kenya is tax compliant as regards all taxes
• Offering tax advisory on all new bank products, commercial transactions, and Key one-off transactions
• Implementation of the country specific transfer pricing policy and transactions in compliance with the Group TP Policy

Finance analyst Tax

The duties include:

• Reporting to Senior Manager
• Managing the preparation and review of the tax returns for direct and indirect taxes, as well as implementing tax governance and compliance processes for all indirect and agency taxes.
• Preparing all tax returns and supporting schedules for all taxes other than corporate income tax.
• Provide support to all the KCB Group entities in the preparation of governance processes and controls around the indirect and agency taxes including development of standardized system reports for preparation of tax returns.
