Photos: Shock over poor conditions, low pay at KCSE marking centre

KCSE Marking: Kenyans on Tuesday awoke to shocking revelations of the poor conditions that teachers marking the 2019 KCSE exams at Machakos High School have been living under.

Following the revelations Kuppet Sec-Gen Akelo Misori said that 700 KCSE exam markers at Machakos High had been ordered to leave after 2-day protests over the poor working conditions.

However, some of the examiners were reported saying that they want Sh. 68 for every paper and their fares reimbursed if kicked out of the centre.
