Nabaleka Digital Solutions was founded in 2015 with a sole purpose of developing websites for clients. The company started off with one employee, the CEO Mr. Emmanuel Chekumbe. Mr. Chekumbe says that he started the company from the internet where he worked as a Freelancer.

He could get clients but the need to have a portfolio made him think of starting a local company to develop websites for the clients.

After several months of working directly with both international and local clients, Nabaleka changed strategy and started focussing on SMEs in Kenya.

“We realized the SMEs have problems with digital solutions, they lack a website, social media profiles and are spending a good budget on marketing that they themselves (SME Owners) are not sure if it is bringing results or not”.

The business that seemed to have digital platforms either had those that are outdated, like their websites, were developed years ago using a simple HTML template and their social media platforms were not updated.

Having worked with International clients, Emmanuel realized the need and immediately started working towards solving those problems.

It was challenging at first, admits Emmanuel. We had to do a lot of convincing to get these business owners to realize the true power of digital in their businesses. Gradually with Digital Marketing, Nabaleka gained publicity and now stands as the leading Digital Agency for SMES in Kenya.

Kenya is on the right path and it is one of the most developed countries in Africa when it comes to technology and businesses are beginning to understand that the future of business in Kenya is online.

Nabaleka develops websites, builds mobile apps, drives digital campaigns on behalf of its clients and Manages the Social Media platforms for its ever growing client base.
