Starting as an IT Intern
In an exclusive interview, Njogu revealed he started as an IT intern at Zenawi Real Estate, a fast-growing real estate company in Kenya.

Having been in the sector for several years, Njogu knows it better. He advises investors intending to venture into real estate to consider fast-rising areas like the Juja Farm.
”Juja Farm is the next Kamakis I tell you. When I first came to Juja Farm, I wondered why land so close to the CBD and Thika Superhighway would be that affordable, and I made a commitment that apart from selling land, I would also personally invest. God has been gracious; I am one of the investors of our Olive Gardens Phase 1 which is currently sold out.’’
