Godwin Simba is the Managing Director of Octagon Pension Services Limited, a subsidiary of Octagon Africa Financial Services Ltd, a leading financial services provider in pension, property, insurance brokerage and actuarial services with operations in Kenya, Uganda and Zambia.
Godwin is also one of the Founders and Director at the institute of pension management (Kenya), professional body established in 2016 to offer programs that promote learning, best practice and standard of professional excellence in the practice of pension management in kenya.
He has a more than 13 year’s experience in pension administration, fund management and insurance sectors having worked with Co-optrust Investment Services Limited and ICEALION Insurance Ltd in different capacities prior to the current role.
Godwin is also a certified trainer of trainers, certified curriculum developer and has a further working knowledge in pension schemes strategy formulations, development and implementation.Â
Godwin holds an MBA in strategic management, Bachelors in Actuarial Science and is a Certified Company Secretary
