PSC hiring over 750 workers, successful candidates to get hefty salaries, allowances

The Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced 788 job vacancies across various Ministries and State Departments.

In a notice published on Tuesday, February 27, the commission, which is tasked with hiring on behalf of government agencies, made public that qualified and interested Kenyans have until March 19, 2024, to submit their applications.

Most of the advertised jobs are in the Public Service, with 300 individuals needed to fill the positions of Assistant Office Administrator III and 100 others as Office Administrators.

Under Public Health and Professional Standards, PSC is seeking to recruit over 10 Directors, assistants, and other senior officials.

Other Ministries and State Departments that are hiring include Asals and Regional Development, Livestock Development, and Mining.

”Interested and qualified persons are required to make their applications online through the Commission website www.publicservice.go.ke or jobs portal: www.psckjobs.go.ke so as to reach the Commission on or before the 19th March 2024 (Latest 5 pm East African Time),” PSC stated.

The vacant positions have been left by those exiting the service and others created to enable efficient service delivery.
