Real Estate Awards: Kenya’s fastest rising real estate firm Lesedi Developers emerged top in the 2021 edition of the Top Bran real estate awards.
The real estate firm which specializes in the salenof affordable plots and development of real estate houses, was named as the winner in two major categories.
Lesedi was first named as the most outstanding and most consistent land selling and sub-division firm. It was then named as the winner in the most promising firm category for mid-plan affordable housing development.
“In today’s economy with a less stable currency as compared to the dollar land is the only asset that can never depreciate. Land ownership will not only give you a sense of confidence and pride but also an ever growing returns on investment with the ever growing demand for housing and rapid urbanization growth,” said Geoffrey Kiragu, the founder of Lesedi Developers
Lesedi focuses on affordable ready to settle properties in highly developed areas. One of the firm’s recently sold out project was developed on 27 acres at Juja along the Thika Super highway.
The estate was divided into two phases, Phase I and Phase II. Phase 1 was subdivided into eighth and 40X80 plots with customers allowed to develop either bungalows or mansionettes within their properties. Phase II was developed with 3 bedroom bungalows for sale. “We have enabled thousands of Kenyans become property owners in strategic and accessible areas in the larger Nairobi metropolis area, and in satellite towns of Thika, Juja, Nakuru and Murang’a. Our properties are well serviced with amenities such as electricity, water, access roads and social facilities like hospitals, schools and local government offices,” said Kiragu.
Lesedi’s current projects include Muthara Phase 2, Vienna Woods Estate, and Azizi Ridge Phase 3. Plots under these projects are going at between Sh. 650,000 and Sh. 325,000.
