Labour and Social Protection Cabinet Secretary Alfred Mutua has shared dates and venues of the countrywide recruitment exercise for Kenyans seeking to work abroad.
In an update on Monday, November 18, the CS said the recruitment exercise set to run from November 20, 2024, to February 20, 2025, will cover all 47 counties.
Successful candidates will be deployed to fill various positions in various sectors, including hospitality, engineering, agriculture, and construction.
Among the advertised positions are veterinary officers, mechanics, hostesses, male clerks, caregivers, hospitality, auto mechanics, blue color jobs, chefs, baristas, coffee roasters, cargo handlers, plumbers, security, male office boys, male store keepers, and meat processors.
Others are runners, packaging workers, car wash attendants, locksmiths, welders, cleaners, drivers, housekeepers, hairdressers, unit managers, foremen, livestock foremen, farm specialists, supply specialists, male gardeners, lead operators, construction workers, support workers, and service crew.

Electrical engineers, civil engineers, nurses, teachers, paramedics, technicians, and electricians, among others will also be recruited.
