The US Embassy in Nairobi has issued a terror attack warning to citizens of the United States in Kenya.
In a release that was made the US Embassy in Nairobi on October 13, 2023, the Embassy cited high traffic areas in Nairobi that are frequented by foreigners and tourists in Nairobi and elsewhere in Kenya as possible target areas by the police.
“Locations frequented by U.S. citizens and other foreigners and tourists in Nairobi and elsewhere in Kenya continue to be attractive targets to terrorists planning to conduct potentially imminent attacks,” the US Embassy said.

“Terrorist groups could attack with little or no warning, targeting hotels, embassies, restaurants, malls and markets, schools, police stations, places of worship, and other places frequented by foreigners and tourists.”
