Meet George Wajackoyah’s American wife, Meller Lee

On the evening of 26th July 2022, presidential aspirant George Wajackoyah arrived at CUEA for the long-awaited presidential debate.

Wajackoyah’s wife, Meller Lee Chatham Luchiri, also accompanied him to the debate venue. Little has been revealed about his wife since the Roots Party boss announced his interest to bid for the presidential seat.

Wajackoyah’s American wife, Meller Lee Chatham Luchiri is an African-American who has been living in the US. This was the first time she appeared in the public spotlight. Meller was dressed in an African attire for her first public appearance.

In previous interviews, Wajackoyah said his wife lives in the US while their three children lived in the UK. Wajackoyah said that he has two daughters and a son.

Meller Luchiri and George Wajackoyah got married in the early 90s. The couple had another wedding in February 2020.

“This day, I married my best friend and confidant! On January 4th, 2020. The best is yet to come,” Meller wrote in a post on her Facebook page.

Together, they have had three children, the first born a son, Ty Luchiri and two daughters, Marjorie Luchiri and Marz Luchiri respectively.

A lot remains hidden about Mrs. Luchiri, however, an online search reveals that she formerly worked in the aviation industry in the US.

Wajackoyah is also blessed to have a grandson. On June 29th, Wajackoyah announced that he was taking a break from campaigns, to visit his grandson ‘Ras’ Jayden who lives with his mother in Spain.
