He lives in his five-bedroom house he bought in 1958 for $31,500. He refuses to move, saying that his house has everything he needs and, therefore, no need to change it. Despite having loads of cash and owning over 64 big companies, this investment mogul reportedly does not have a computer in his office.

He also owns one of the biggest private jets in the World but prefers driving his car everywhere he goes. He drives an economy-class car which he bought for $45,000 in 2014 and does not have a personal driver.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg makes the list as one of the World’s youngest billionaires. Zuckerberg has an estimated net worth of $ 64.4 billion as of March 2023. The 38-year-old prefers wearing jeans and t-shirts over expensive suits. Although he could afford a whole fleet of limousines, he drives cheap cars, and he is severally spotted with a Honda Fit or an Acura TSX.

He does not love traveling; when he does, it’s for work. He is always interested in his work and spends most of his time in his office. He is also a philanthropist and gives money for charity work and medical research yearly.

Microsoft founder Bill Gates is the fourth richest man in the World, with a net worth of $113 billion. He lives a simple life and goes to work every day. Bill Gates’ “splurges” are only on donations to global health and educational causes. He loves simple outfits and is severally spotted with a V-neck sweater over a collared shirt, just like his fellow billionaire Mark Zuckerberg.

4. Jeff Bezos

Jeff Bezos is the founder of Amazon. He is the third richest man in the World, with a net worth of $116 billion as of March 2023. The 59-year-old says he loves spending his money on things that matter to him. He was living in a shabby house, and nobody in his neighbourhood knew about his wealth until they saw an Audi r 8 car packed in his homestead. He, however, acquired a mansion later.

5. Carlos Slim Helu

Carlos Slim is the eighth richest man in the World, with a net worth of $86.5 billion. He lives a modest life and loves driving himself to work every day. He lives in the 6-bedroom house he acquired over 40 years ago. Carlos does not like luxury life, like buying a private jet for business tours or buying a Ferrari for going to the office.

6. Azim Premji

Azi Premji is an Indian tycoon with a net worth of $9 billion. Reportedly, he asks his employees to remember to turn off lights after work to save on electricity. Regardless of being a great businessman, he never travels in business class and never buys luxury cars. He prefers using public transportation and loves street food.
