Azziad Nasenya, also known as the ‘Tiktok Queen‘ is one of the young millionaire content creators in Kenya.
Aside from content creation, Azziad is a brand influencer for multi-million companies and a Radio host at Soundcity.
Azziad’s backstory wasn’t as rosy and plum as one would depict from her current life. She has struggled to attain the success she enjoys today.
From a young age, she always had a passion for acting & dancing.
She gained popularity from the Utawezana hit dance challenge which went viral during the 2020 pandemic.
Azziad Nasenya has successfully built her brand and now earns money through lucrative brand endorsements.
The 23-year-old enjoys over 2.3 million followers and 50 million likes on Tiktok. She also has 2 million followers on Instagram.
Her journey to the top began in Western Kenya. She was born on 16th June, 2000.
Azziad started schooling at Central Primary School in Mumias before moving to Cathsam School in Nairobi. She completed her primary school studies at Lugulu Girls Boarding.
While in primary, Azziad discovered her in-born talent for acting and performing. She participated in skits since class two, at the age of 7.
Having charted her trajectory, Azziad continued performing solo verses up to the national level.
Following her KCPE exams, Azziad joined St. Cecilia Misikhu Girl’s High School, where she successfully completed her KCSE in 2017.
After High School, she joined the Hearts of Art Theatre Group and played a role as a supporting cast in the play, Repair My Heart.
Between 2018 and 2019, Azziad participated in 7 stage plays for her Theatre Group.
In 2020, fame came calling at the high-spirited actress’ door. Dancing to Femi One & Mejja’s song ‘Utawezana’ lead to her upshot and wide popularity.
Being the first trending Kenyan on Tiktok, she amassed a huge following from the dance challenge.
With this fame, came many glorious opportunities and it opened doors for her. She climbed the ladders to the pinnacle of influencing charts in Kenya.
In June 2020, Azziad landed a role in a Telenovela dubbed ‘Selina’. She acted as Chichi on the show which aired on Maisha Magic East. Her other roles were Bianca and Fatuma.
In recent years, companies have turned to celebrity influencing to push their products on social media platforms.

This subsequently meant she was receiving huge approaches from brands to post their products on her Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook.
Her 2020 rate card which leaked on social media a few months ago revealed that she charged companies Sh. 100,000 for a single post on Facebook, Tiktok and Instagram.
A week’s package is priced at Sh. 250,000 while a monthly package inclusive of 2-3 posts on her social media accounts was charged at Sh. 500,000.
It is estimated that she takes home more than Sh. 700,000 monthly from brand influence.
Azziad has continued to evolve as both an individual and a brand. She recently responded to social media trolls, emphasizing that her success has been attributed to the grace of God.
