Moi Primary Kabarak in shock after top KCPE candidate gets 374

Moi Primary Kabarak School has written a protest letter to the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC). This is after its top KCPE candidate scored 374 marks out of the possible 500.

The Moi Primary Kabarak School is located along the Nakuru-Ravine road in Nakuru County.

“We received the 2023 K.C.P.E. result after the communication by the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Education. However, as a school, we are not satisfied with the result since it does not reflect the ability of a majority of our learners by merit,” a letter addressed by the school to its parents read in part.
