St. Andrews Turi School in Kenya has announced several job opportunities for various professionals including teachers.
In a notice dated 16th January 2025, the institution said it intends to hire people to fill the positions of Assistant Head of the Pastoral department, Head of Drama, Head of Sixth Form College, Head of Sport and Academic PE, and a teacher of English in its senior school.
The institution is also seeking to hire Deputy Head (Academic), Key Stage 2 Teacher and EYFS/Key Stage 1 Teacher in its preparatory school.
Qualifications and requirements for teachers
Teachers interested in the position are required to have a degree in teaching and at least two years working experience in the teaching field due to VISA requirements.
Additionally, applicants should have a clear understanding and affinity for the school’s ethos and have knowledge in effective leadership and management in relation to outstanding academic provision.
