Prospective bidders are asked to view and confirm the conditions of the items on their own. Additionally, they will be required to submit a refundable deposit of Sh20,000 to receive a bidding number.
At the fall of the hammer, the top bidder will be required to pay a 10 percent down payment using M-Pesa.
The remaining amount must be paid, and the item or items must be picked up within seven days of the auction date, or the initial deposit will be forfeited.
For cash payments, failed bidders will receive their refunds within seven days of the auction; however, banker’s cheques will be returned right away.
