The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has opened applications for its 2026 Industrial Attachment Programme.
The three-month programme running from January to March 2026 targets continuing undergraduate and diploma students pursuing various courses.
“In support of the Government’s Youth Initiative to develop a pool of young talent for the Kenyan Labour Market, KRA is seeking applications from continuing 1st degree students (Undergraduate) in their 3rd, 4th and final year of study and Diploma students in their final year for its three (3) months (January to March 2026) Industrial Attachment Programme,” KRA stated.
“The programme aims at providing the Youth an opportunity to acquire practical aspects of their respective areas of specialization in partial fulfillment of their degree programme,” it added.
The opportunities are open within KRA’s various Support Services departments including Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Communications, ICT, Engineering, Criminology, Security Management, Business Administration, Law, Education, and Chemistry, among others.

Requirements:
Applicants must be Kenyan citizens aged below 35 years, be continuing undergraduate or final-year diploma students with a valid introduction letter from their university or college, and be available full-time for the three-month duration.
How to apply
Interested students must submit their applications online via KRA’s e-recruitment portal before the deadline on Monday, November 24, 2025
Candidates must first register on the portal, verify their email, complete their candidate profile, and then apply for the position under the “Employment Opportunities” section.
Selected candidates will be required to submit proof of a valid personal accident insurance cover, copies of their KRA PIN, NHIF/SHIF, NSSF, national ID, and bank account details.
A monthly stipend of Sh7,000 will be provided to all successful candidates, subject to statutory deductions.
The authority emphasizes that no fees are charged during the application process and that incomplete or late applications will not be considered for review. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
