Centum Investments has postponed the opening of its mega project Two Rivers Shopping mall once again.
The investments firm announced that the mall will now be opened in February next year.
According to Centum CEO Mr. James Mworia, the opening was postponed due to the scale of work yet to be completed on the Sh. 25.2 billion mega project. Additionally, some of the tenants who have booked space there were not ready to open business, a move that further prompted Centum to postpone the grand opening.
The company had anticipated that Two Rivers would be opened in October 2015.
The shopping mall sits 11 of the 102 acre property which is situated along Limuru Road. Its closest neighbourhoods include Runda, Gigiri, Muthaiga and Nyari.
