Airtel Kenya has launched a new tariff package for its new customers. The new package dubbed Karibu Airtel will welcome customers topping up airtime worth Sh50 and above on their new sim card with Sh30 for calls & SMS ‎to any network in Kenya and 30MB of data all valid for 7 days.

New Airtel customers on the package will also get FREE access to WhatsApp, Facebook and Twitter during the same period. “This is our way of welcoming you home to our superior quality network with a great range of value propositions including Airtel UnlimiNet voice and data packages and Airtel Money for sending and receiving money and paying for bills in a convenient and affordable way,” said Airtel Kenya CEO Adil El Youssefi in a statement.

Customers who take up the new package can dial the short code *131*209# to check their balance for Karibu Airtel 50, while they can dial the short code *131*207# to check their balance for Karibu Airtel 20.
