The system will require the Lands ministry to digitize land records, streamlining records of transactions and ownership.
The process will eliminate fraud, corruption and manipulation of critical land records. Long queues at the registries will also be outdated.

There are a number of services being on the platform and they include:
- Land Registration-To begin with, land registration is the entire process of making a land entry to a Land Registry. The services include’
- Placing caveats – this is a caution preventing anyone from making an entry on the parcel of land
- Replacing title deeds in case it has been lost
- Making online title deed searches
- Assessing the stamp duty to pay
- Making land transfers from one person to another
- Land charges which ranges from planning for highways, environmental charges etc
- Administration of land services
Secondly, administration of land services include services such as subdividing land, extending land lease, renewing leases, changing land user, land consents among others
- Physical planning
Thirdly, this is the entire process of organizing activities around land use for better use. The services include approving land development plans, preparing land plans and issuing compliance certificates
- Surveying
Land survey is a process of establishing physical limits and exact field measurements of the land. It involves services such as amalgamation of land, subdividing land issuing land grants among others.

- Land Valuation
Valuation of land is the procedure of analysing land to determine the exact current market value. The platform gives services such as valuation of assets, arbitration, government leasing and government purchase
- Land allocation
Finally, this is the distribution of government land to people through a body known as National Land Commission
To access the services offered on the system, one must hold an account with Ardhisasa. The registration of an account can be done on the Ardhisasa website free of charge. During registration, the applicants shall be verified and approved by the Registrar of persons and the companies’ registry.
