Banks closed for Easter? Withdraw or deposit at Co-op Kwa Jirani

Over the next four days, Kenyans will not be able to access banking halls. This is due to the lengthy Easter Holidays that kicked off today with the marking of the Good Friday.

The Easter festivities will proceed until Monday when Christians across the world will mark the Good Friday.

However, the suspending of banking services for the holiday does not mean an end to your banking. At Co-operative Bank, all banking services that you may wish to access will be readily available across all the bank’s alternative banking channels.

Co-Op post

These channels include the Co-op Bank ATMs and the banks agency banking arm, Co-op Kwa Jirani.

Currently, the bank has over 580 ATMs spread across the country and over 8,500 Co-op Kwa Jirani agents.

What if you aren’t a Co-operative Bank account holder? Well, you can open an account at the same agent and start banking immediately and without stress.

You will be able to withdraw up to Sh. 100,000 per day at the Co-op’s agents using your mobile phone, if you have registered for M-Coop Cash. If you haven’t, you will need your ATM card which will used to withdraw from the agent’s point of sale machine.
