Chase Bank has posted a net loss of Sh792 million for the full year ended December 31, 2015, compared to a profit of Sh2.35 billion posted in 2014.
Chase Bank’s total interest income declined from Sh15.1 billion to Sh13.5 billion in the period under review as interest expenses soared from Sh6.3 billion to Sh10.5 billion.
The bank’s full year total operating income stood at Sh8.7 billion compared to Sh10 billion posted during a similar period in 2014.
