Fast-rising music star Lawrence Njuguna Wagura, popularly known as Dj Fatxo, has been named as the brand ambassador for real estate firm Lesedi Developers.

Lesedi will engage the services of the Dj for a period of six months. Dj Fatxo has gained popularity as a leading singer who specializes in the Mugithi genre.

“We are delighted to align with a fast rising young musician, with whom Kenyans can easily identify with. It is also part of our aim to engage the youth in the promotion of their arts,” Lesedi said in a statement. Dj Fatxo’s most popular songs include Mang’a, Inji Ikaaga, Kiogora, and Kong’o. The track Mang’a has so far gained over one million viewers on YouTube. “I am delighted and humbled to be part of Lesedi Developers. I will be carrying their brand ambassador flag as we help you walk through the journey of owning a home with integrity, commitment and humility,” Dj Fatxo said.

Lesedi Developers is one of the fastest rising real estate firms in Kenya. The company is engaged in buying and selling of land. It has also branched out into construction of houses. The real estate developer’s latest project is situated at Juja along the Thika Superhighway and entails some 27 acres.

Dubbe Adams Park Estate, this project will be divided into two phases, Phase I & Phase II where Phase I will be divided into eighths of an acre measuring 50 X 100 and 40 X 80 plots. Interestingly, customers will be allowed to develop bungalows or mansionettes within their properties. At the same time, phase II of the project’s development will include two bedroom houses and three bedroom bungalows which will be put up for sale to aspiring home owners.

The project, located in Juja High Point, Next to Ndarugu Motel, not only touches the Thika Super Highway, but will also have roads, piped water and electricity all brought to each plot. “We have distinguished ourselves in the market due to our ability to deliver quality returns on investment which include strategically located plots that come with ready title deeds,” said Lesedi.
