Kenyans looking to apply for a tourist visa to the UAE can now smile even more after new changes are set to be implemented in Dubai Visa Applications.
Kenyans with UAE Visa will be granted an extension of their stay in cities like Dubai by five months, from the current 1-month visa to a 6-months’ visa.
The announcement was made by the Foreign Trade Minister in the UAE, Than Ahmed Al Zeyoudi. The minister said that the move will be considered advantageous for both governments since it would enhance trade relations. Furthermore, Kenyans will be able to make their marks in the UAE.
He added that the announcement as to when the project is to be instigated will be determined by the UAE government and announced by them too.
“We are looking forward to having more business people exploring and doing business in the UAE markets and taking some of the businesses from the country and back to Kenya,” said Mr. Zeyoudi.
