Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Jared Ojuok, HSC, a distinguished officer in the National Police Service, has been recognized globally for his exceptional leadership.
Ojuok received the prestigious All Means All World Award 2025 on July 26, celebrating his exceptional leadership, international advocacy, and deep humanitarian commitment.

The officer has served in various roles in the Kenya National Police Service throughout his career spanning over two decades.
Born in 1976 in East Kasipul, Homa Bay County, Ojuok attended Otel Primary School before proceeding to Homa Bay High School, where he sat his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education.
He later joined the University of Nairobi, where he graduated with B.A Hons in 2000.

The officer also holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Kenyatta University, a Diploma in National Security from the Galilee International Management Institute (GIMI) in Israel and a Diploma in Police Science from Histadrut, Israel.
Career
Ojuok’s career began in the National Police Service on 3 March 2001, when he was enlisted into the General Service Unit (GSU) as a Police Constable.
After serving as an instructor at the GSU Training School, he was transferred to Police Headquarters in 2009, where he worked as a communications officer in the Office of the Police Spokesperson.
He currently serves as Staff Officer, Public Relations, in the Kenya Police Service.
Beyond his official duties, Ojuok serves as president of the International Police Association (IPA)—Kenya Section, leading initiatives that foster cross-border cooperation among police forces.
He also supports projects for displaced families, children, and vulnerable youth as a way of giving back to the community.
He is also the author of the book When the Ancient Tree Falls, which was officially launched on 1 April 2022.
The book is set in a remote Kenyan village called Mumbo and depicts the traditional political, socio-cultural, and economic life of the Luo community.
