Why you’re not getting promoted, and what to do about it

In an earlier story, Bizna Kenya reported about career stagnation and how to get promoted, especially when someone feels they have been in a specific position for too long without rising through the ranks.

HR expert James Ogweno Odhiambo told Bizna Kenya that the issue often comes down to one major blind spot: visibility.
