Kenya School of Government Courses (2020)

This article consists of a list of all Kenya School of Government Courses. Kenya School of Government (KSG), is an institute founded under the Act of Parliament with the responsibility to transform the Public Service Commission.

The transformation can be achieved through human resource capacity development. KSG is the successor of the former Kenya Institute of Administration (KIA), Government Training Institutes (GTIs), and Kenya Development and Learning Center (KDLC).

The institute was founded in 2012 with the aim of offering management training, consultancy, research, and advisory services to the public.

The school has been of help in setting up fast track management strategies by observing integrity, ethics, competence, and transparency.  KSG offers its services to both County and National governments.

The private sector and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) also benefit from the Kenya School of Government.

18. Innovative Leadership For Growth And Excellence Seminar: Targets senior managers in public and private sectors whose responsibility includes initiating and implementing new service/ product innovation agenda.
19. Critical Skills for Senior Managers Face to Face/Video-Conferencing): Targets senior Managers responsible for managing resources in organizations. JG ‘M’ and above responsible for operational units in their organizations.
20. Accounting Officers Programme: Targets accounting officers in national and county governments, state corporations, and in the private sector.
21. Building and Maintaining Your Personal Brand: Targets senior officers in the Public Service in ‘JG’ P and above.
