M-Pesa transactions have now hit Sh. 15 billion daily. This follows a system upgrade carried out by Safaricom last year.
According to a Safaricom report, Kenyans last year transacted Sh. 4.1 billion from the Sh. 2.8 billion transacted in 2014 on the mobile platform.
According to a report by Safaricom, the telecommunications giant now processes 14 million transactions daily from its 21 million M-Pesa subscribers.
