Mai Mahiu Plots: Real estate developer Lesedi Developers have launched a new property project. The new project is situated in the fast growing Mai Mahiu area. It contains plots that are located at less than 8 kilometres from Mai Mahiu town.
“We have launched two new projects at Mai Mahiu. The first is a project known as Park View Estate which is located 7 kilometres from Mai Mahiu town and only 500 metres from tarmac,” Lesedi said in a statement to Bizna Kenya. Plots in this project are selling at Sh. 549,000 for eighth acre plots.
The developer has also launched a second project dubbed the Palm Gardens Estate. This project is located only 8 kilometres from Mai Mahiu town and only 900 metres from the Mai Mahiu-Naivasha road. “These plots are going for Sh. 349,000 for eighth acre plots. The prices for these plots are valid for the first 20 plots in each project and prices are inclusive of title deeds,” said Lesedi.

Mai Mahiu is a town in Kenya’s Nakuru County that means “hot water” in native Kikuyu language. Mai Mahiu has a train station as well as an inland container dry port and an industrial park that sits on some 1,000 acres. The town is a less than two-hours drive from Nairobi.
